Thanks for noticing. Actually I can put two ofd my fingers between the collar and Schmitty's neck.
Not to worry. Schmitty loves her decorative collars. She has never had a leash attached to a collar, we have always used a harness for the leash.
Your concern is well taken. I too may have said something if i thought it was too tight.
