Dog My Morkie Puppy Will Not Eat

I have a morkie named Spike, who is 4 1/2 months old and weighs 2 1/2 pounds. I have had him since April 2, and can not get him to eat well. When I first brought him home he was eating Royal Canin dry food and he would eat like 4 or 5 little kibbles at a time and that was it. After a few days he wouldn't eat this at all. I tried prescription a/d canned food from the vet and it gave him serious diarrhea. Over the past 2 months I have tried several canned and dry foods. He will eat something once or twice then refuse it.
He has had several seizures, the vet has told us to give him whatever he wants including people food. She said as long as he will eat it, we should give it to him. So, we tried cooking him beef with rice and turkey with vegetables but got the same response (he likes it once and that's it)
I have been giving him Nutri-cal 2-3 times a day since his 1st seizure and he loved that until the past few days I practically have to force it in his mouth.
I do not know what to do and I do not feel like the vet is that helpful (I have been to 3 different vets) so I am looking for anyone who might have advice.
Please share any ideas you have to help me get my little guy to eat. I am very worried about him and don't know what else to do.
