I want to thank everyone for your well wishes. I just got off the phone with the Animal Control. Apparently the police department told me that they do not handle these types of calls and switched me to Animal Control, who by the way only has one person handling reports in the PG County area. The person I talked with told me that this seems like a civil complaint and that someone would probably come out on Monday to talk with me. I am going to my Civic Association meeting on Thursday and inform them of what happened. I will also post notices around the neighborhood to let others know what happened. I do not know for the life of me who would do something like this.
