How old to the pups need to be before you can begin to use flea protection? My baby is only a little over 10 weeks but she keeps scratching her head and neck like there is fleas. Doc has checked for mites and said she is all clear. I have bathed and used a flea comb on her but she still scratches. Any sugestions?
