i don't think there is any reason to rush but you can make an appointment to have them checked out since more are appearing. it could be an allergy or a skin condition, or it could just be pimples. have you started using any new products on the dogs within the past couple months, or new cleaning products, air fresheners, carpet cleaners, couch sprays, etc?
