Sorry you're having problems. As for the jumping you may have to put him in a kennel. It's not safe for them to be jumping, many of these little ones get hurt doing just that. I would put him in a kennel when you leave the house or a playpen with a top. I'm not sure about the barking, except to give a sharp no when he barks at an inappropriate time, and give him a treat when he stops. I'm sure someone else will be more help.
