We saw the specialist the other day.
She believes that there are two separate things going on.
1. Chloe drinks more then normal (likely because of the liver issues) causing the more dilute urine.
2. She has a sphincter issue (weak bladder muscle) so that when her bladder is already full (from over drinking) and she is very relaxed, the muscle relaxes so much that the urine comes out.
She (and I) dont believe in limiting access to water, so we are just left to deal with the increased uring.
She decided to try her on a trial of Proin a drug to help with the sphincter issue... she said this will allow us to see if that is the issue, if it is I cant decide what I want to do from there... either keep her on the meds, or more then likely take her off of them and deal with the peeing in bed but at least no what it is from.
So far we are at 2 days on the meds, and 2 totally dry nights which is kind of unheard of here.
