Great advice. Just adding a couple of more things. Use distilled water.
Esbilac and Just Born replacement milk are not recommended.
There is an article on here that I posted as to the ramifications. Esbilac having cooper and can contribute to aquired shunt. Just Born can cause premature cataracs.
The closets thing to mother's milk is goats milk.
If pup is constipated a couple of natural glycerine in a an eyedropper inserted in the pups rectom can help. However, if the problem persists a vet visit is in order, as a consitipated puppy can be life threatening. Or you can attempt to diaper the pup with a warm cotton ball. Gently massaging the anal area.
