I don't think I've heard of this 7 day method but I may be interested. I have my girls trained to go outside and to use pads inside but I wish I would have never trained them to use the pads. It does come in handy in hotels when we travel but I would love to retrain them to hold it and go outside only but Megan has trouble holding overnight...she always gets up and goes on the pad at some point.

Is this method in a book or online somewhere?
