Would taling to an attorney hekp do uou thiink ? There is a big differece in personal use and making an internet site duplicating someone elses site to profit especially when yours has been up a long time and she;s now copying and infridging on YOUR source of income - shd lied big time and there has to be recourse where you can get that site taken down since it's a copy of yours
I'd def talk to an attorney - espeially one who specializes in internet infridgment
someone else may know better and guide you but you are on the winning side of this mess - what a terible frirend !
