Default advice on excercising after FHO....

Hello again. Cooper got his stitches out yesterday. The pathology of the bone showed a genetic condition, there was no sign of trauma.

I'm looking for suggestions to get him using this leg more. He's still carrying it quite a bit. I will say this, he seems to feel SO much better! He's happier and more playful.

The vet said to move his leg back and forth to improve the range of motion. I've done this daily, for about 10-15 minutes a day. He also said to let him swim. We don't have a pool and the tub is too shallow to do this. He also said that after a few months if he doesn't start walking on it all the time they can force him to by binding his good leg, I'd rather it not come to that.

Any suggestions from those of you who've been through this?

Thanks and have a great day.
