Is it possible for my dog to regress with potty training after getting a new dog? My new guy is 16 months old and uses pads. He is confused though because the breeder used fabric pads. Now, Tatum, my other yorkie is peeing where she isn't suppose too. Help??? Is she jealous and that is the way she is acting out. She is my dominant one out of all 3 of them. Help!!!!!!!!!!!
