The second one is same place but with his ducky toy. He loves attacking the duck.

Potty training - most of it is consistency & patience (as said) but remember he is a puppy and not to expect too much of him right away.

Confine his area when you aren't around to watch him for signs that he has to go potty. Are you training him to go outside or on pee pee pads?

Are you free feeding him? At 9 weeks old he is young, so depending on his weight - I don't think I'd put him on a feeding schedule just yet.

You do have another dog so that might help him in learning faster.
