I went through this with my golden retriever 15 yrs ago and it is fresh in my mind how painful it is to watch your precious pet go through this.
The most important thing is to schedule visits with her while she is in the hospital so that she doesn't get depressed. It also will do you good as well to see her little face. I will be praying for you both and I am so sorry about what you are going through!
