She is a really cute girl - the Shi-Tzu/Maltes mix. What is her name? Wondering how long you have had her? Will it be hard for her to go to yet another home?
I also think to the o/p that it will be much better for an elderly person to have a dog that is not so fragile. Not that all yorkies are tiny and fragile, but for me, that would be a consideration.
