I trim the top 3rd of the ear, cutting the back in a v in the center of the ear. The top have of the ear is shaved very closely, almost completely devoid of hair. The bottom hair on the ear is actually shaped so that it blends with the cut on the side of the face. Go to Monolo'smom thread; I think it says Someone Got A Hair Cut.....She took the pic the day I groomed Monolo.
