Oh how cute! He does have rather large ears LOL
I couldn't tell you how they're supposed to be groomed, as I'm not a groomer, but my Milly gets the hair removed around the sides too, so the actual ear is very clearly defined, and it looks lovely.
Either way though, he still looks adorable
