How old is he?
The best thing to do if he's nipping fingers and toes is to keep them away from his mouth to begin with. If he does nip, yelp and walk away. Keep giving him alternatives to chew on.
I use nylabones, but with supervision. Actually, I only give him toys when I can watch him, just in case.
BTW- I love the name Jax. That one was in the running for Rhett, too, because DH and I are big Sons of Anarchy fans. |
