I noticed you leave rope toys for them when you aren't there. I know someone who had a puppy - older than yours and a large breed but - it tore the toy apart and ate it. The strings got all caught up in his intestines and they couldn't save him. I don't know how common that is but wanted to pass it along. Good luck, it looks like you are ready for anything.
