How old id she? if she is still a pup she may be going through a fear period. I am having the same issue with Bella, and she is 16 weeks old. so I just keep telling her no when she does this, and I have been trying to introduce her to as many strangers as possible, so she understands that people are ok, and I have been carrying treats around with me, and when we have people that want to see her I give them a treat to give to Bella. that way she comes to associate peop;e with treats, and will quit barking and growling at everyone..and it seems to be working, she is barking less and less at people now.
