I have two sisters, 1yr olds. One has ears that stand up pretty as a picture. The other one has both ears flopped down, pretty as a beagle. Have no idea why and don't care, they are both equally cute. The floppy eared one had them up/down/one up/one down/alternating/both up/both down/and then they stayed both down. I never intended them as any kind of show dogs, so not a problem. It's a cute look.
