Oh, I'm sorry about your little one. Ya just can't turn your back on them. They have absolutely no concept of height at that age. If you set them on a table, they'd just try to walk right off of it, because they don't know any better.
I hope you got lucky and your little one has no injuries. That would be a miracle at that height. Good luck and keep us updated.
