Also, look into the world of puppymills, facilities ran by "greeders" looking to make a quick buck off the back of poor, defenceless dogs. I am certain these are the majority of people who will be taking a chance and buying a ticket for your drawing. I work in the field of educattion and know the funds are seriously lacking for our academic and athletic programs. However, I do not feel this justifies putting a life at stake.
