This story about Max is so tragic and thank God for rescues. As a rescue and yorkie foster mommy we see such horrific treatment of animals.
I think some of these owners themselves should be put to sleep!!
If it is any consulation my roommate has a 3 legged rescue dog and he gets along fine. He runs in the backyard with my yorkies and you would never guess he was handicapped at all!
I will absolutely love to send prayers for Max and look forward to hearing of his progress and recovery with a loving foster mom.
