Ever since I got Chloe, something hasnt been quite right... she pees ALOT and often it is very dilute, she also frequently pees in her sleep.
Her specific gravity is very low usually, close to water but it has on rare occasions been normal... the vet was thinking Diabetes Insipidus but then when a urine sample came back concentrated thought probably not.
Her kidney levels always come back perfect, ultrasounds of kidneys are always normal, no signs of infections, addisons ruled out.
She does have MVD but this has never been linked together in any way.
I am so frustrated because she has seen at least 4 different vets for this and we cant find any reason for it.
I am seeing yet another specialist tomorrow but I really dont have any hope anymore when I go into these vets offices.
Sorry just needed to vent...
