Crate training works for some pups, but crates should never be used as babysitters for more than 3-4 hours a day -- if I recall correctly, that is what my breeder wrote in the instructions she gave me.
She's only using it for 2 hours at a time, but this is still too long for a 10 week old puppy, if they have an accident, then you know you waited too long. They will do everything in the power to hold it and not soil their bedding.
