Morgan gets scared before the storm actually gets here. I think she can feel the atmospheric pressure change AND the static electricity in the air. I tried regular t-shirts, sweatshirts, fleece pjs, a tight blanket, a dryer sheet, and none of that worked with her. consoling and ignoring don't help either. turning the tv or radio up loud didn't help and i even tried ear plugs. since trying to hide the sound didn't work, that makes me believe its the pressure and electricity that bothers her. sometimes she'll freak out even if there isn't a thunderstorm and its usually at night when nothing that i can sense has happened.

the Thunder shirt isn't made of anything special. it feels like sweatshirt material and i'm sure some of the people here might be able to make one if the have a sewing machine.
