I am confused about your post, did this happen yesterday or two weeks ago? The reason I ask is your posts mentions it happened yesterday but you said you had it two weeks.
The reason I am asking is because from the description of her wearing a dresss this is someone's pet and they are probably looking for her. If it happened yesterday they may not have covered as much area as they would have in two weeks.
Have you taken her to a vet to see if she is Micro chipped? That would be my first stop.
