Honestly, it sounds neurological, but I would go to my regular vet first if she were mine. That way he/she can examine her and if needed, refer to a specialist.

I hope it is nothing serious. Please let us know how the visit goes today. It is very, very important to get her in now rather than to wait. If it is neurological sometimes time is of the essence!
