I hate leaving him alone and I wish he had a friend Also I feel like a another puppy would help him eat better and grow stronger faster. Is this true? He is very tiny and his new sister hopefully would not be as tiny as him. Would this be a problem? For example the new puppy I am looking at is around 2 pounds and he is a little over 1 pound. Would he get hurt? I need some advice. I want to help him, not hurt him. I feel like some friendly competition might make him thrive better.....I don't know....
Aww, I wen through something similar with Bambino. I got him when he was 12 weeks and he just wouldn't eat his dry food. We always had Nutrical (he never had any medical issues) and the vet recommended we started we change his dry food from Eukanuba to Science Diet and that worked for a while but once we got to almost 6 months he began not eating again. The vet recommended then, that we start him off on wet food (head up the wet food for 15 secs) mixed with his kibble. I started him off on Wellness wet food and he still eat science diet. He's four years 3.5lbs old and I always knew he would be small full grown. He's super healthy and not once had any health scares due to his size or weight. Even the Vet's are always amazed at how healthy he is. Try that out, maybe it will work? And of course check with your Vet for more ideas!
