Agreeing with Mary. If she has mastitis the milk is bad and you need to see a vet. Are the teats reddish and very warm along with firmness? Some bloody discharge is normal after whelping but any off color is not normal. With an elevated temp, hard nipples, fussy pups and discharge I would be on my way to see the vet and insist on more testing or antibiotics for sure. Have the pups tails been docked? Could be a fussy reason too...seem the right age for it....too many variables and too much at risk...VET TIME....IMO..
