You might be right. Hubby and I went to a car dealer to look around and noticed that they were having a raffle for a free cruise. They were just getting ready to close and the only people were the two at the raffle booth. We both put in our names and they reached in and pulled hubby's ticket off the top and said "here ya go". We WON the free cruise!!!
I'm SURE YT will not do that though and everyone will have a fair chance! There are so many great prizes it looks like the chances are GREAT at winning something!
