Normal temp 101.2......so, her temp slightly elevated. No, POP shot worries me, if there was retained it can cause infection. There is so many things can go wrong after a whep. Metritis, eclampsia, infection. I would not hestitate for moment to get her back to a vet. The first week is very crucial.
