This morning I was outside washing windows (until MaddiesMommie told me they'd look clean if I drank some wine - then I gave up and came in) - seriously though - I had Bridget hooked to one of those metal posts that screw into the ground so she was with me. I ran inside to change the water, and as I came outside she came running up to me. She had wiggled out of her harness. This harness has 2 adjustment slides one on each strap for around her tummy and the front of her chest and she steps into. I know that when I buckle it the one around her tummy/lower chest felt snug, never realizing that the front strap was probably too loose. Luck for me she's a mama girl and came looking for me right away. This could have been a horrible outcome. I never leave her alone - and this time it was for no more than 2 minutes, but that's all it takes. Please, Please, Please - double check everything. And if anyone has a suggestion for a good - I'd really appreciate the advise. (Please don't holler - I feel bad enough).
