that protein is high at 33% for this breed as i have read that food is high in protein even with a yorkie on the front of the bag

So keep me posted on how she is with removing the treats
You may want to have her bile acid tested just to make sure she does not have liver issues as yorkies are 38% more likely to have liver issues and why protein needs to be lower for this breed. If this continues I would recommend getting that done
