yes, dwerten, thanks for the information on the oatmeal shampoo. I had ordered the Yorkie Shine shampoo and conditioner but switched to an oatmeal shampoo because my Maddie seemed to be scratching at her neck/ear area more than usual. I thought oatmeal shampoo would be the best to use!!!!! dumb me!
