We bought ours at Petco. I find it a little too tight around her neck, though, if the closures are in the right place. When I loosened it a little, it chin rest got off balanced. But, it was pressing on her throat too much and making her cough. Does yours do this?
I need to do some research here and see what others are using that wouldn't be too tight around the neck, but would still give the chin support.
