I found a black hair tie(sort of like rubberband) around my little yorkies tail. I had some children over last week and Im convinced they might have tied it around her tail to think she would spin around? I just noticed it now and immediately removed it but the tip of her tail is really red and her tail where the band was feels indented since the band which is black wasent noticable. I dont know if it requires vet attention or will the blood start flowing again and repair itself? Please help! Im so upset and feel horrible! Her tail seems fine in terms of wagging it etc still functions the same. Thanks !
