she may just need steroids to get inflamation down on spinal cord. This is definitely neurological unless she is having a reaction to the microchip which i highly doubt.
Did this vet not sedate your dog when doing this chip? I believe in dogs being sedated for this procedure so they do not move as my dd was done when under for her spay as this is painful also to do plus the dog is moving around
Did the vet do anything else like vaccinations that day?
This may just be a coincidence too that this symptom occured after the microchip so that is always a possibility as gme is a trigger from something that sets off the inflammation in the spinal cord.
