DO NOT BLAME YOURSELF this could have happened without the microchip. You were trying to do a good thing.
You need to get her to a neurologist immediately - going to read the rest of your post and watch video
Please do not take her to a vet at this point get her to a NEUROLOGIST. I think you may be right if this happened after microchip and it affected the spinal cord. You thought you were doing the right thing it is not your fault. All three of my dogs have microchips and a ton on here do too so please do not blame yourself. Now you just need to get her the right help immediately
