Might be Meningitis but he's not sure ???? And vet did NoTHinG ?????
I would get a second opinion. Go to a vet that will do something. If this pup has meningitis theres no time to waste. There are other very serious issues that this could be as well and are all life threatening if not treated Promptly and Properly. Go to another vet ASAP.
