Thanks all for your input. He has had pre-surgery blood test. My vet's office doesn't have someone there 24/7, and I'm afraid I don't have complete trust in him---sometimes I think he just wants the extra money. When he said he needed to stay overnight, I told him that I would rather pick him up the same day, but then this weekend I started doubting my decision. I knew I could get straight answers from yorkie talk. Thanks All!
