please read this thread and please see a neurologist immediately - there is alot of info on GME/NME on that thread and that is menangitis and it does run in this breed. The sooner the better for diagnosis for neurological conditions the better the outcome for the dog and what you are describing is neurological so they may want to do mri and spinal tap to diagnose
