Default Cerebellar Syndrome and raised pre-prandial bile acids

I have the same problem with my yorkie Fudge. He looks disorientated and walks bakward. Had him to the Vet and he said it might be meningitus, but he's not sure. I am very worried. He is a bit off-balance and "reverse" when you call him. He still have his appetite and gets excited when I get home, but I'm worried!!!
