i've read a couple of posts on this forum saying that by feeding it canned pumpkin and veggies (ie. peas and carrots) can help them with their pooping.

The medicine could change the color of her poops.
Did your vet run any tests on her? If no, take a poop sample in...as she was just seen, they may allow you to drop it off at the vet's office without her having to be seen again. Jello/liquid poop is not normal for a puppy.
Are you feeding her the same food as her breeder or did you change it? What type food is she eating... dry kibble or canned? How often do you feed her? Do you see her drinking water?
