They have some at PetSmart you could pickup. Unfortunately, the ones I've seen in stores have an elastic band all around. I'm pretty sure Pann can use his yorkie smarts to get it off. It will probably do the trick for this trip if you decide to take him. Belly bands are good to have regardless. I always pack one when we visit my relatives, or go on trips and stay at hotels. Kaji doesn't mark, but I like to be prepared. The one time I didn't have one was the one time he peed on a friend's coffee table.
