Sweets, just now seeing this...sorry! I got Bijou at 9 weeks from a "rescue" (found out later she's the breeder), anyway I got Bijou a stuffed animal from Petsmart that heats up in the microwave to be a warm cuddly. That might help your baby too. It helped Bijou. She wasn't much of a crier though. My Great Pyrenees was a huge crier as a baby. He cried even when I held him. Some times the only thing you can do is ignore them and have them learn to calm themselves down. But that's soooo hard. My heart goes out to you as it's so hard to get over this adjustment period, but it will get better. Just try to give her more and more time alone so she doesn't make you lose those patience and think of this from her point of view...she's in a new place and her old family that she got to sleep with and be comforted by are no longer there. If you think of it from her point of view it helps you remain sympathetic to her needs ) (((((((((((((((Hugs)))))))))))))))))))
