It may not be this but the low thyroid, pain, circling you need to get this ruled out by a neurology exam
Dogs with epilepsy do not have low thyroid - can you please post the thyroid values as my dog is hypothyroid and i know about this so will compare numbers to my dog. Is your dog on soloxine?
