The vet said I could give nutrical every 2 hours and that it could even keep him alive for at least a month without eating! I trust my vet completely but I have read on here that the nutrical spikes his sugar and then it crashes it down. I guess if you give it every two hours then is should be okay. Jax is eating now so my new question is does he still need nutrical with every meal?? I hate calling my vet all of the time like a paranoid mom so if anyone has any suggestions...that would be great. Before Jax wasn't eating well but now he eats like a little piggy every 2.5-3 hours. I am soooo happy! But still scared so that is why I give him a lick of nutrical too. Jax uses his puppy pads to pee so I guess its okay if he does it alot. I know if he only weighs one pound then his bladder is teeny tiny too. Thanks in advance!
