Unfortunately at the moment it seams if a dog attacks another dog the police just arn't intrested, too many other things to deal with. But theres a new Bill being proposed which will change that and force dog owners to be more responsible for their dogs actions.
It makes me so mad when I've worked so hard at ensuring my dogs are people and dog friendly that something like this happens, especially when I had a new pup with me.. They seam to be fine with other, friendly dogs', but I guess time will tell if I'm going to have any after effects to deal with.
